In the beginning it was sweet, but then it began to grate on my nerves.* The story is told from the POV of both main characters, and I found it strange when the author wrote one scene from Jason's and one from Denise's. Here are a couple of things that bugged me:* I've got nothing against endearments, but Spencer needed to stop calling Brock "sexy" all the time. It started off promising, but went downhill towards the end. Review 1: I probably would have liked this book a couple of years ago when I started reading m/m genre, but today I found it mostly frustrating. ![]()
